The club runs occasional coaching sessions at Hillingdon Circuit to develop bike handling and skills.
The session is tailored to improve confidence and bike handling skills for riders of all abilities, both to improve club run standards and to gain confidence for racing. Typically, the session will cover some/all the items below, but can be adapted to be more specific or include other useful items.

  • Cornering both fast and slow.
  • Through and off done correctly
  • Close riding in a bunch/group
  • Moving through a Bunch/group safely
  • Sprinting
  • Lead Out Trains
  • Echelons
  • Closing Gaps
  • Descending
  • Braking – dry and wet
