CHAINGANG

On Wednesday evenings in the spring and summer, the club meets at West Wycombe Village Hall for a Chain Gang training ride. There are typically 3 ability groups ranging from fast to steady. The slower group will be suitable if you haven’t ridden this type of ride before.

RELIABILITY RIDES

These are traditional post-Christmas rides designed to find out how much, or how little, training you have done over the first half of winter. They should also set you up for the remaining winter months and into Spring. The series starts off modestly with a 50 mile flat ride, giving you 6 weeks to improve your speed and fitness in preparation for the final 100 miler through the Chilterns.

TRAINING

The club runs various training sessions, both regular sessions and one-off sessions.

We have qualified coaches within the club and organise group coaching and training sessions from time to time.
